These terms apply to Ambient Gallery, an independent Android TV / Google TV application currently under development.

Purpose

Ambient Gallery is intended to display photos and videos selected by the user through Google Photos as an ambient TV experience.

Google services

Use of Google Photos and Google Accounts remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. Ambient Gallery is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.

Availability

The project is currently in an early development stage. Features, availability, and supported platforms may change as development and API review continue.

Acceptable use

Users must use the application lawfully and only with accounts and media they are authorized to access.

Disclaimer

The application is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
